Dr Shane Eade graduated as a Chiropractor from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in 2000, having previously completed a 3 year bachelor degree in Anatomy and Physiology.
Shane started his own practice in Geelong, Victoria, which he ran successfully for 10 years. His practice was largely family based, seeing a wide variety of patients ranging from new born babies to 100 year old grandmothers.
Having completed extra training, Shane obtained his International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma (ICSSD), which is the minimum requirement to be able to work at an Olympic or Commonwealth Games.
With an interest in Sports, Shane has worked with professional surfers on the ASP World Tour at the Bells Beach Rip Curl Pro and elite level AFL footballers, as well as all types of weekend warriors.
Through chiropractic care and lifestyle changes, Shane is passionate about helping all people on the path back to feeling better or regaining their health. No matter how chronic the condition, how recent the injury, how old or young you are, Shane believes that we all have the innate ability to heal and get our body to function as best it can.
With over 13 years of experience as a chiropractor, Shane believes that to get the best results for each patient, it is important to look at all aspects of your life and how these areas impact on your overall wellbeing and health.
Shane and his family are now settled in the beautiful Byron Bay area, where his youngest son was recently born. His 2 other children attend a local primary school, where the whole family felt immediately part of the local community. The local beaches, mild climate and sense of community were all the reasons why Shane and his family call this area home now.
